Hello Scholars:
Today we discussed basic syntax and one of the summer reading books. I did not take any grades.
Tomorrow is the last day to turn in your pink acknowledgement sheet for a "100."
Green vocabulary sheets are due tomorrow EXCEPT for fourth period. (The due date for fourth period is Thursday.) Remember to complete both columns ("definition" and "POS") for the vocabulary words and the first two columns ("definition" and "example") for the rhetorical terms - you need not complete the "effect" column for the rhetorical terms..
Bring all three summer reading books each day to class through Friday, September, 3rd. Make sure that you have read those books.
Theme journals are due Friday, September 3rd.
