Illustrious Students:
Today in class you turned in your oral (& written) vocabulary homework. You also took a vocabulary test. If you found it to be difficult, start studying your vocabulary a bit each night - cramming won't cut it. You will be tested on these same words, along with new ones, again soon. Of course, if you are studying each night and still having trouble, please come see me.
Tomorrow, we will have a graded discussion on Part One of Kaffir Boy. Tonight please write down or copy a quote or passage from Part One that resonated with you. Be prepare to discuss intelligently that quote and any and all other parts of Part One in class tomorrow.
I will give you a quote quiz as well as take up your books on Wednesday.
