Scholars,
So far, First and Second Periods have completed one day of trial. Good job all around. As we were discussing our performance at the end of first period, I was struck by how one learns as much or more during trial as during trial preparation, which is why litigation is so thrilling.
Please prepare whatever you need for tomorrow's trial. All classes except second period will be putting on their case.
Remember that second period will miss third period tomorrow, but will attend or make-up work during second period.
Fourth period will miss fifth period tomorrow, but will attend or make-up work during fourth.
