Ninth graders continued to write their short answers with embedded quotes. Tonight's homework is sentences with words 1-5 on your new sheet. Every sentence is a compound sentence with a semicolon.
Juniors? You received your blue sheets back today. You also received two new assignments: an oral vocabulary assignment and a researched argument assignment. You also started a PSAT packet. Afternoon classes also took a vocabulary check with words from the purple sheet.
Tomorrow's check is with words from the green sheet; Thursday's and Friday's checks will focus on words from the blue sheet. Part three is due on Friday!
