Ninth graders took a test today. Tomorrow we will start preparing for a speaker from South Africa and will start learning more vocabulary.
Juniors write a rhetorical analysis today and received a Rhetorical Analysis Cheat Sheet. Tomorrow we will review said analysis and discuss our Brother book. Please bring your book.

Thursday, April 5th - read and annotate through page 230 of Brother, I'm Dying
Monday, April 9th - Mark Mathabane will be here. (We will adjust the deadline by which you must finish the book, maybe slide it to the next day.)
Friday, April 13th - "Improve our schools!" paper due
Saturday, April 21st - Mock AP exam
