You turned in vocabulary homework;
You took a vocabulary quiz; and
You discussed your rhetorical analysis (John Downe) with the U of H writing folks.
Your two homework assignments for Tuesday are as follows:
Read and annotate a new speech for rhetorical analysis. The link for this speech by John F. Kennedy (Question 2) appears below:
http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/ap2012_frq_eng_language.pdf. In class on Tuesday, you will discuss this piece (discussion will be led by Juan, Jamye, and Greneca in fourth and Ashley, Marasha, and Rene in fifth.
AND
Rewrite your "John Downe" analysis and turn in your re-written draft with your revised version.
