TGIF

On Friday, you all did the following:

Ninth graders wrote in response to this question:  if you could have dinner with anyone in the world, living or dead, famous or familiar, who would it be?  Why?  Where and what would you eat?  What would you talk about?  Some classes also read our book.

Juniors wrote a page on a Malcolm X related theme, submitted their written discussion questions, and participated in a Socratic seminar.  Juniors will have a quote test on Tuesday, the same day your Malcolm X annotations for the entire book are due.  To study for your quote test, please focus on the following pages: 1-165; 230-237; 271-293; 325-389.

Seniors wrote a page, turned in their Metamorphosis discussion questions, listened to Ms. Wheatley and me give presentations on Kafka's life, and discussed the book.  On Monday you will have a quote test on Metamorphosis and you will turn in your annotations on that book.

Have a great weekend and study!
