Ninth graders finished their DLA today. Remember that if you were late to class or missed a day, you may make up your DLA tomorrow morning from 8:30 - 12:00.
Juniors read the muy romantic poem "The Highwayman" and took a quote quiz through page 201 of Angela's Ashes.
Your approaching due dates are as follows:
Tuesday, February 11th, we will have a graded discussion on Angela's Ashes, and you will write a rhetorical analysis on Florence Kelley.
Thursday, February 13th, please read through 267 of Angela's Ashes. You will have a quote quiz, and I will pick up your annotations for a grade.
Seniors watched a filmed version of Macbeth and wrote a review.

Sunday, 10:30 am, Channel 11, watch Ariel Taylor - athlete of the week!!!!
Wednesday, February 12th, QQ through page 291 of 1,000, and I will pick up your annotations for a grade.
Monday, February 17th, you will perform Act I of Macbeth.
Wednesday, February 19th, you will have a BIG honker test on Act I of Macbeth.
