Today we celebrated the writing of Kendrick Lamar. I took a grade from Socrative about your response to your group's discussion. If you were absent today, you will need to make that grade up some way.
We also took notes on logic (deductive and inductive), syllogisms, and the Toulmin model of argumentation. Finally we examined a thesis statement based on the Toulmin model as follows:
"Because [data], it is therefore [claim] since [warrant]."
Finally, we mentioned the logical fallacies of slippery slope, Strawman, and ... correlation v. causation (Post hoc ergo propter hoc).
You also turned in your notes for a daily grade.
